|
Michael Arnzen's 100 Jolts has been one of our most successful experiments. It was critically acclaimed and is still one of our best sellers so we've decided to release a special hardcover edition with extra material including:
• "Aftershocks" a bonus battery of new flash fiction
• photos from the original release and book tour
• prompts for flash fiction writers
• an updated Afterword and more
RDSP is also launching a new audiobook experiment. Audiovile is Arnzen at his weirdest and, well, most vile. Known for his entertaining and over-the-top readings, he now takes it one step further with the addition of musical madness. This is not so much an audiobook as it is an album of flash fiction, a truly unique experience. Most of the 16 tracks are taken from 100 Jolts but the CD also includes new material—a full hour of evil mayhem!
Pod of Horror recently featured a sample track, "Take Out," on episode #28 which you can find here: http://horrorworld.org/poh.htm

| Rhysling Nomination |
Our first poetry release, John Edward Lawson's The Troublesome Amputee, has been making people do a double-take for almost a year now and we're happy to announce that one of the poems, "Marvels of Horror," has just been nominated for a Rhysling Award. The poem will appear in the 2007 Rhysling Anthology.
